Stuart L. Greenberg, O.D.
Dr. Greenberg earned his degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA, and has practiced family eye care since 1982. He began his New York City career caring for patients that included Harry Belafonte, Diane Sawyer, Keith David, and Abe Vigoda — before relocating to the Phoenix area in 1995.
He is married to Mary and has a daughter, Gabrielle, and a son, Spencer. His private practice reflects his core belief: state-of-the-art care in a personalized, professional environment.
Nationally recognized for his contact lens expertise, Dr. Greenberg has contributed to pivotal FDA clinical studies. His career milestones include helping bring to market:
- The first extended-wear soft contact lens available after cataract removal
- The first soft bifocal contact lens
- The first soft contact lens material with UV protection
He has also mentored New York's finest interning optometrists in the art and science of contact lens fitting.
